Cut & Run Make Art Then Die: The 50% OFF Mega Sale
Cut & Run, Make Art Then Die: The 50% OFF Mega Sale by Tobey C. Anderson shamelessly offers up his newest work and vintage meisterwerks for 50% - a one day only affair. "All proceeds will go into my fishing fund for research, equipment, and travel in search of the perfect honey hole..."
Inspired by his third and fourth onsets of cancer, the new "Silken Twine" series represents Anderson's use of art and painting as a catharsis in confronting the disease and chemotherapy treatments. This exhibition of paintings is a demonstration of Anderson's primary tactic of embracing positive energies and engaging serious challenges and conditions in life with tenacious and intuitive creativity. He calls it the 10% five year factor.
"After seven years of programming Canada’s smallest art gallery, something that contributed to the vitality and vibrancy of culture in The Garden City, CRAM International is closing down its St. Catharines venue.", said Anderson in a recent exclusive interview. "To close this chapter of contemporary art in St. Catharines, I have decided to offer patrons a final opportunity for a great deal by shamelessly presenting my own work. WTF. CRAM too has been hit by global financial corruption, so downsizing by cutting the Gallery operation will enable CRAM International to survive a while longer." added the self-proclaimed CRAM dictator.
